PARCEL TRAKING

When ordering jewelry, shipments are sent via tracked mail. Whenever the size of the piece allows it, my jewelry is packaged in elegant cardboard packaging. Shipping costs in this case are €6.50.

MONDIAL RELAY

This service is offered for shipping slightly larger parcels and helps reduce shipping costs. You will be contacted after payment to arrange the pickup point where your order will be delivered. Shipping costs are capped at a maximum of €6.50.

KIDNAPPING

For customers able to travel to my studio (Atelier P’tits Cailloux, Allée de la Ponchonnière, 69210 Savigny, France), orders may be collected free of charge by appointment only.

The shipping is free for an order over 100 €.

For Belgium, packages are shipped via MONDIAL RELAY with collection. An email will be sent to know in which relay to send the package. Shipping costs are therefore capped at a maximum of €6.50.
