Description
I use these sanding mesh since 2013. This unique sanding material is an open mesh that contains thousands of small holes. It is durable and long lasting. It will clean easily by tapping it on a hard surface or by scratching with a metal brush. It will not clog like other abrasives.
For a long time I talked about it during my workshops, showing how I used them. I ended up proposing them for sale by the sheet at first. I find it wiser to sell them as a kit of 5 leaves of different grit. The leaves of this kit are larger than the previous sheets (10 x 15 cm).
In this kit, you’ll find a 150-grit sheet that I use to sand the backs of some of my pieces. I also use it to sand hollow lentil beads to obtain flat edges. I use the 240-grit sheet to sand the biggest defects then I soften with the 400-grit sheet. I then use the 800 and 1000 sheets that can erase the scratches caused by the most abrasive sheets.
Comes in 10 x 15 cm (4″ X 6″) sheets (150, 240, 400, 800, and 1000 Grit)
The following video show you how I use them.
