PERSONALIZED STAMP
It's been 10 years since I signed my jewelry with a small acrylic stamp. I used it a lot; he is indestructible. His very small size allowed me to sign discreetly on the edge of my jewelry.
I wanted to continue signing my creations this way but with my name and no longer with my pseudonym.
As I could not find anyone to make such a small stamp, I looked for a Fablab (a place where you can work on machines that are difficult to own as an individual) to create it myself.
At the Fablab in Lyon, I discovered a great tool: the laser cutter. I could do, among other things, this stamp for me. The possibilities of this machine interested me so much that I ended up making the investment.
I can now offer you to make your signature stamp specially adapted to polymer clay. It is not usable on paper but you also have the possibility to order the same rubber stamp to sign your packaging or displays. I have selected fonts that remain easily readable even on a very small size but if you want to make a very personalized order, do not hesitate to contact me to see what it is possible to do and establish a quote.
April 2026 update: Since writing this article, my signature stamp offering has evolved, as has the way I sign my jewelry. I now create very thin pieces, which means I can no longer place my signature on the edge as I used to. My current signature stamp solution is, however, very effective and gives a highly professional finish.
Polymer clay signature stamp
These stamps have been specially developed for signing polymer clay creations. They are firmer than standard stamps and are not suitable for use on paper or cardboard. I now offer a single typeface, chosen for its excellent legibility even at very small sizes.
